Guild Rules & Policies

  • All inappropriate behaviour will be dealt with using a 3 warning system, depending on the severity of the behaviour and it's affect on other Players, Guild Reputation and Guild Members.

  • After receiving 3 warnings, the Members actions will be discussed between Officers and an expulsion put to a vote.

  • Offensive jokes about, race, religion, gender preference, sexism or any other disrimination will not be tolerated.

  • Repeated instances of this type of chat will be met with an expulsion from Guild.

  • Be respectful of other players and Guild Members and mindful of different play styles and other people's wish to experiment when building their characters.

  • Your opinion may not be the right opinion for someone else.

Inappropriate Behaviour & Chat

  • The Guild Leader (Raeyyne) sees the Guild as democratic for the most part and any issues affecting Guild will be put to a vote. A vote function has been added at the bottom of this page for such events.

  • The Guild Leader at any point she deems necessary has final say on any issue that affects the Guild, giving Veto Power over any votes cast and will excersize that Veto in a fair and just manner, should the need arise.

  • Veto will only be used by the Guild Leader in an instance of a Guild issue not reaching full agreement by all Members or Officers involved and only as a last resort.

Chest - Bound Loots

  • Put up for roll any bound item you don't want.

  • Don't pass to Guildies or Friends without offering a roll, other Party Members contributed to the run, so should also have an option to roll.

  • Don't roll for a joke or if you have recalled, this only causes confusion for those who are legitimately rolling.

  • Be mindful of Guildies when rolling for an item you don't really need for this or the next life. There is always plenty of time to loot the item you need and your Guildie may be on that life right now and need it more than you do presently.

Zerging

  • This more commonplace in game these days than exploring, if zerging is your play style, keep in mind that other people may enjoy being explorers. It is considered good game etiquette in this guild to ask first. I have included 3 guidelines below to help avoid aggravation within Guild Parties.

  1. If you are joining someone else's party find out if they are a Zerg Party, before tearing off into the wilderness on your own.

  2. If people are joining your party and you are a Zerg Party, let them know before they join or when they join especially if it is a Guildie.

  3. Do not join an Explorer Party and zerg off without asking... or join a Zerg Party and expect them to explore when the leader is zerging.

Two Boxing Quests

  • This is a practice excersized by some players in game, the player logs in two or more characters at once and joins them to a party. One character is left at the door while they run the other thru the quest and at completion run the second character to the chest to also loot.

  • If you are a player that likes to two box please remember a few polite ways to carry this out.

  1. Always ask a Party Leader before two boxing, due to dungeon scaling having an inactive Party Member has the potential to make the dungeon harder for the Party to complete.

  2. Never join a Party that is advertising Guild Try Outs and start two boxing their guild try out party. You are only taking up a space with an inactive party member that the Party Leader would like to ultimately give to someone genuinely trying out for their guild.

  3. Never two box a Guild Raid, for the moment any spare spaces in Guild Raids will be used for Party Members trying out for Guild.

Storage

  • Guild Vault is on 1st floor, where there are two officers chests and two general chests and a large and small chest in cargo.

  1. Left side Officers chest - Guild Leader only.

  2. Right side Officers chest - Named items for Officers (ask).

  3. Right side General chest - Named Items (no need to ask).

  4. Left side General chest - Good usable items (no need to ask).

  5. Cargo Small chest - Scrolls, potions, ingredients (no need to ask).

  6. Cargo Large chest - Usable low level items, scrolls, potions. ingredients (no need to ask).

Alt Register

  • All Alts must be entered onto an Alt Register to keep track of which toon is attached to which main.

  • When a Guild Member is promoted to Officer, they will be asked to pick "one" of their toons only, to be made the Officer, it is wise to make that choice your main.

  • This will help in identifying inactives or simply an Alt that has not been used for a while and avoid having a temporarily parked Alt booted by mistake.

Guild Raids

  • Raids are not compulsory, once we have a regular raid crew going, a raid calender will be created to promote attendance.

  • Raids will sometimes have Guest Hosts from other Guilds please treat them with respect.

  • For the duration of the Guild Raid the Host Leader (Star Holder) has final say on all instructions, strategies and decisions for that Raid.

Renown

  • All Members and Officers are expected to contribute a minimum of 3k renown per log in session.

  • If you log into multiple characters in the space of a few hours this is calculated as "one" log in session.

  • If you log in and log out several times during the space of 24 hours this is calculated as "one" log in session.

Guild Ship Buffs

  • Most of the Buffs on ship are non renewable and on the amenity bar, some still require upgrade and the amenities in cargo have to be renewed for plat.

  • Any donations in plat or shards, to upgrade Hold Rooms or put towards  the upkeep of Cargo Buffs, can be made in the ship show room in harbor, or with the first mate on ship.

Recruiting

  • We are currently recruiting and prefer mature Members in Guild. Guild Leader will initiate a Guild Vote to decide a Member cap when Guild reaches higher levels and higher volume of Members.

  • Guild Members and Officers are encouraged to bring potential Guild Applicants along to Guild Raids for try outs.

  • Guild Members and Officers are encouraged to form general Guild Parties for Guild try outs. If a Guildie does form a try out party please contribute and offer your help with the run.

Guild Website

  • It is compulsory for all Guild Members to join this website, at least to visit Guild Blog and check on any Guild announcements. Any announcements to do with Guild, rule changes or additions, it will be made on this site, so please keep up to date.
